I was born in Tasmania in 1962, growing up on even smaller Flinders Island, in hindsight an ideal place. Most of my life I spent looking out into the world, and I have come to realise that by communicating this view I can make a difference.

I have worked continually in the arts since I was 18 years old, as a painter, video artist, visual arts-, costume- and stage design teacher/lecturer, stage designer and film designer. I have lived and worked in Germany since 2008.
